Fast Turnaround for eTARs

At Glendale MRI Institute, we know how important it is to receive results as soon as possible.

Now you can get eTAR results in just a week and a half. Fast turnaround means faster diagnosis.

Here’s what we need to begin the eTAR process:

• Copy of patient’s Medi-Cal card
• Progress notes from referring physician
• Report from a current CT
• Prescription for the requested procedure
• Initial diagnosis
  
• Patient demographic information (name, address, social security #, date of birth)
